It is made of steel sheet plates and vehicle is powered with electric motors.


There is adequate number of rollers on the transfer platform to support the band and to ensure safe convey of the load. Forward reverse movement of the transfer band is activated by a hydraulic motor while height and approach angle of the platform is adjusted through hydraulic cylinders. On the left side of the boom there are fixed 800 mm height handrails and 150 mm guide rails on the right side. Conveyor belts with 7500mm length have two hydraulic cylinders.


System is supported with an oil tank, diesel engine powered hydraulic pump, hydraulic engine, cylinders, valves. In case of an engine failure, system can be operated through a manual hand pump.


It has a deceleration and docking system controlled by sensors for a safe docking of the vehicle. When the vehicle starts to approach to the aircraft, the system slows the vehicle down and stops to prevent the vehicle from hitting the aircraft. System allows driver or operator to brake and deactivate the system when it is active.


Conveyor belt is hot dip galvanized whereas chassis is painted on primer coating.


The traction system is provided by an 80 V AC electric motor powered with 80 V DC battery pack and controlled by high efficiency AC controller with regenerative braking system. Hydraulic assisted double circuit braking system with disc brakes is provided.


Within the electric system, there is working light and standard lighting for the chassis is provided. All functions can be controlled from the control panels located in the driver cabin and on both sides of the both ends of the conveyor belt.
