The chassis is made of special profiles. The chassis is towable via front axle which has a fifth wheel to steer easily. Parking brake is activated from the tow-bar.


The frame of the van body is constructed from steel box hollow profiles and covered with hot- dip galvanized steel sheet. The equipment inside the van body are easily accessible via locked doors. A walkway with hand railings is designed for the platform. A ladder is mounted at the back side of the van body to access to the walkway. The floor of the walkway is covered with checkered aluminium plates.


Platform to perform operations is located on the body. Platform is activated hydraulically and controlled by electric system. Hand rails on the platform hoists nozzles to spray de-icing fluid and a projector lamp for night operations.


Platform is activated by the hydraulic system. Tandem Hydraulic pumps driven by diesel engine provide enough oil pressure and flow to the system. Hydraulic oil is controlled by valve block which is energized by electricity. Safety relief valves are used to protect the system.


12-24 VDC is used to control all systems. There are two electric control panels; main panel installed on the van body and control panel on the cage of the platform. Electric system is powered through a battery charged by the diesel engine and/or generator.


The de/anti-icing system is powered by two special pumps separately driven by hydraulic system. There are five selectable mixture levels for all kinds of applications. De/Anti-icing fluids are stored in the stainless steel tanks and heated by a diesel blower to increase the effect of the applications.
